Holiday Neighborhood    Boulder, Colorado*

The Holiday Drive-In site sat vacant for years until its recent redevelopment into a sustainable, mixed-use residential community.  Design and construction of five of the mixed-use blocks included developing civil construction plans for the over-lot and final site grading, site utilities, and site drainage insuring conformance to the Master Drainage and Utility Plans for the Neighborhood. 

Sinclair Meadows PUD    Snowmass Village, Colorado*

The Aspen Skiing Company proposed the development of twenty single-family residential lots with an additional twenty-one affordable housing units at Sinclair Meadows.  Site engineering included the grading and drainage design for the proposed lots, as well as the access roadway.  Additional responsibilities included the capacity analysis and design of the sanitary and water utility mains proposed to provide service to the development. 

Club Commons II    Snowmass Village, Colorado*

In order to provide additional employee housing, the Aspen Skiing Company proposed to develop the property adjoining the Snowmass Water and Sanitation District’s sewage treatment facility for an employee housing complex.  Development of the site included filling in an existing sewage treatment pond to provide a pad for the proposed development.  The project included the site grading and drainage design; design of the primary and secondary access drives; an underground parking facility; as well as the utility infrastructure required for the development of the four-story facility.
