Bioenvironmental Research Facility at Colorado State University     Fort Collins, Colorado*

Colorado State University received a Federal Grant to develop a new state-of-the-art Level 3 Biosafety Lab facility as well as expand their existing biohazard research laboratory located on the CSU Foothills Campus.  Engineering included providing civil construction drawings for the site grading and drainage design, and the utility infrastructure design for the site water and sanitary sewer extensions.  Additional design tasks included improvements to extend the existing access routes for this high-level laboratory facility.

Ben Nighthorse Campbell Cancer Rehabilitation Center at the University of Northern Colorado   
Greeley, Colorado*

The University of Northern Colorado developed the first comprehensive program for cancer rehabilitation research, therapy, and education in the world to provide individualized prescriptive exercise interventions for recovering cancer patients.  The project consisted of all site grading and drainage, utility infrastructure, and pedestrian corridor design, including extensive coordination with the existing campus facilities.

Front Range Community College Central Plant    Fort Collins, Colorado*

As part of campus-wide upgrades, Front Range Community College proposed improvements to its Central Utility Plant and on-site parking facilities at its Larimer County campus.  Civil engineering included grading and drainage design for the parking facility expansion, as well as extensive utility design for the utility upgrades.  Another major component of the project involved detailed piping alignment coordination with the existing utility service distribution lines to allow the campus to function without interruption during construction.
