Louisville Skate Park    Louisville, Colorado*

During the construction phase of the Louisville Skate Park, revisions were required resulting in the need for design-build drawings.  The revisions included drainage design modifications at various locations throughout the site, in addition to revisions to the proposed vertical transitions to existing adjoining facilities.  

Brunner Reservoir Master Plan     Broomfield, Colorado*

The Brunner Reservoir and the land surrounding it were significantly underutilized for recreation.  The City and County of Broomfield Parks and Open Space Department sought to renovate the facility to better meet the needs to the community.  Design responsibilities included creating conceptual plans for expanded parking and pedestrian facilities; ballfield expansions; and additions to the existing trail system around the reservoir.
